Professor of International Affairs at the Paris Institute of Political Studies, Maxime Lefebvre is also Ambassador for intergovernmental commissions, cooperation and border issues at the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs. He is co-director of the Institute.

Master student in International Public Management at Sciences Po Paris, Fatou Ndella Ndiaye is a project manager at the International and European Institute.
